One time actress and perpetual Hollywood train wreck, Lindsay Lohan, has again been accused of unlawful behavior, for the umpteenth time. The Judiciary Report has lost track of the number of times and crimes she has committed. This time the crazy Kabbalah member she stands accused of attacking a club-goer, Marisa Dugas, who filed a police report.

Party animal Lohan resented the fact Dugas sat down and began speaking to one of her friends. Revealing she is a non-rehabilitated criminal, bully Lohan pushed and shoved Dugas. Who fled the club in tears. That was really mean. What is Lindsay Lohan's problem. Why can't she stay out of trouble and leave people alone.

Dugas' attorney, Mark Haushalter stated, "My client Marisa Dugas, has given the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department pictures of injuries that were inflicted by Lindsay Lohan. We are anxious to see the surveillance video which we feel will prove that Lindsay Lohan was at the nightclub and the evidence will speak for itself." Uh oh!

New photos surfaced of jailbird actress, Lindsay Lohan, and she is looking haggard and washed up. You would think Kabbalah cult member Lohan is lying about her age, but she really seems to be 25 based on reports. Yet, when you look at her, she appears 20-years older. How does she do it.

One day after the Judiciary Report published the article Lindsay Lohan Has Found The Secret To Aging - As In Accelerating It, the Hollywood disaster area known as Lindsay Lohan, ran out and committed another hit and run, landing an unsuspecting member of the public in the hospital. He seeks to press charges. I told you she hadn't changed. I wasn't trying to be dramatic or mean. Her so-called transformation is just an act. The Kabbalah crazy actress is still insane.

It's amazing to me how she has absolutely no regard for public safety and more than any other celebrity when it comes to the road. She clipped a baby stroller with a child in it, who was being walked by her nanny, leading the toddler to cry.

In another incident, Lohan stole a SUV, pulling one of the passengers out of the vehicle, then running over his foot, right before taking his friends on a crazy, cocaine-fueled car chase. Then there was the time she crashed into a tree, on a clear road, after running over some innocent shrubs just minding their business. She also clipped a paparazzo who was on foot. There is no target this chick won't miss.

It has been announced that Hollywood train wreck, Lindsay Lohan, has beaten former "Transformers" beauty Megan Fox, both 25 years of age, to the role of Elizabeth Taylor, in the made for TV biopic on the late actress. Granted, Fox said she didn't want the role, probably because it's a TV movie, but for Lohan to be announced as the winner over her, is amusing and somewhat comical.

I have one question, who is going to play Liz in her twenties, because hard partying Lohan looks about the age Taylor was when she died. This is a poor casting choice. Taylor had become a legend and it is an insult to her legacy that Lohan is playing her in a biopic. It's not so much about the drug issues, as both Taylor and Fox have struggled with the same, but Lohan has done some mean and depraved things to innocent people, even issuing racial slurs, engaging in stalking and injuring motorists and pedestrians. She is a sorry example of a star.

Megan might look a lot more like Elizabeth Taylor with her dark hair, flawless skin, and tiny waist, but Lindsay actually managed to impress TV execs enough to beat the stunning brunette. She doesn't resemble Liz much with her bleach blonde hair, freckles, and a face that can look a little odd and tired, but hopefully Lifetime will hire a good makeup artist to transform her.

Linds also might want to start taking care of herself a little better to make that makeup artist's job easier. She's shown up to a few red carpet events looking a little worse for wear lately, so hopefully she's behaving herself. Lohan is putting her name out there in a major way, attempting to drop hints for the role. However, former "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox, is now speaking out against Lohan getting the role, stating she wants to play Taylor.

25-year-old Fox is not a thespian, but she has more credibility in the acting world than Lindsay Lohan. She also does not look washed up like 25-year-old Lohan, who has spent the last several years taking drugs, getting drunk and partying.
