Racing star and construction worker, Connor Penhall, 21, was killed by a drunk driver while working on a road in Los Angeles, California. He is the son of "Chips" star, Bruce Penhall. Connor was working in a closed section of the road, divided by barricading, when a drunk driver, sped through the partition at 60 MPH. Connor was killed instantly. Driving is a privilege that should not be abused. A hardworking young man in the prime of his life has died in a senseless tragedy. His family must be devastated.

Former "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox and her "90201" actor husband, have been sued by paparazzo, Delbert Shaw. The photographer allegedly insulted the actress in December 2011 during a Hawaii vacation, leading her to state to Green, "Are you going to let him get away with that."

In response to Fox's statement, Green allegedly beat up the paparazzo, who had been snapping photos of the couple. Shaw now seeks "unspecified damages" for the throttling. As such Fox is also liable in the beating. It is unclear what the photographer said to Fox that enraged the actress. However, if the paparazzo followed, then confronted the couple, he will have a difficult time defending his actions, which could be construed as stalking and harassment.

Former teen singer, Davy Jones, of the pop band "The Monkees" passed away in Florida today of a heart attack. He was 66-years-old. The Manchester born Brit, shot to fame with the quintet The Monkeys, as a singer, songwriter and actor in their television show of the same name in the 1960s. Their hits included "I'm A Believer" and "Daydream Believer.
