Obama Confronted In Television Interview About Taking Many Vacations While Americans Suffer During Financial Crisis

President Barack Obama was confronted in an interview, regarding taking a number of expensive vacations, while many Americans can no longer afford to, due to the ongoing financial crisis. Interviewer Larry Conners stated something the Judiciary Report has for many months, President Obama has become "out of touch" with the people.

Barack Obama

For well over a year, the Judiciary Report has advised it is best for Obama to cancel his vacations and his family needs to tone it down in this regard as well. Taking a few days off at home would have been better and sent the right message in these tough economic times. However, since that time, President Obama has taken several more vacations and expensive ones at that, which all went over badly with the public and in the press.

U.S. Economy Adds Fewer Jobs Than Expected In A Significant Slowdown

March 2012 Jobs Report Not Good

Barack Obama

The U.S. economy added 120,000 jobs last month, falling short of the projected 205,000 that was expected. The economy has slowed once again and in a very noticeable manner. This is another indicator there has been no financial recovery and changes are needed to get the nation back on solid footing. A record high number of Americans are no longer in the work force, which is not a good milestone to hit in any regard.

Report Indicates The State Of The Economy Is Tanking President Obama's Chance For Reelection In November 2012

Barack Obama (center)

MSNBC political pundit, Chris Matthews, who was also a speech writer of former President Jimmy Carter, this week stated what the Judiciary Report has maintained for the past two years, the failing economy is going to help destroy President Obama's chances of reelection in November 2012. The Judiciary Report stated it is imperative that Obama turn the economy around and act with transparency, to receive a second term and he has not. The numbers are still bad.

Matthews stated of the economy this week, "It is not 'steaming ahead,' unfortunately. The growth rate is well below 3 percent and that is not strong enough to bring people back to work in the numbers that will instill confidence that the country itself is headed back to business...we have a housing problem that remains an albatross--a difficult-to-explain, but devastating, situation that somehow seems to undercut a true recovery." Matthews also lamented rising has prices and their negative effect.

Rising Gas Prices, Foreclosures And High Unemployment Are Posing A Threat To Obama's 2012 Presidential Campaign

Barack Obama

Reports reveal rising foreclosures, gas prices and high unemployment are damaging U.S. President Barack Obama's reelection bid, as he is being blamed for the terrible financial state of the nation. Challenger Mitt Romney is faring better in the polls, due to his business background, which has made him the frontrunner in the election for the Republican nomination and presidency.

Obama's struggle with the economy and the visible ongoing financial deterioration is diminishing his bid for a second term. The economy is at another crucial juncture and the nation does not have four more years to give away to economic losses and undue financial hardships. The sense of urgency is sorely missing in the government.

Polls Concur Republican Candidates Are Rating More Favorably With The Public Than President Obama

The Economy Is The Driving Factor

President Barack Obama

Several weeks ago, Gallup polls indicated President Obama, the head of the Democrat Party, is set to lose the November 2012 election by a significant margin. Now the Rasmussen polling company has released its data, revealing Republican frontrunner Mitt Romney and his fellow political party member, Rick Santorum, are several percentage points ahead of President Obama in the polls for the presidency. Romney is carrying the clearest lead.

None of this spells good news for Obama. The economy is the main issue weighing on people's minds, as folks simply can't pay their bills, due to the significant rise in the cost of living in America. Many have lost their homes, cars and savings. Romney's business background is helping him in the polls in this regard.

I don't believe President Obama grasped the severity of the situation when he assumed office, regarding how much damage had been done during the Bush years, but refused to listen to sound advice and spent $5 trillion dollars more. There are always times in life we can learn from history and forbearers, regarding what works and what does not in times of crisis.

Former Massachusetts Governor and Republican Party frontrunner Mitt Romney

Obama entered office with his own ideas and he was and is entitled to that. However, he owed it to the nation to follow the financial examples of those that came before him, who succeeded in office during tough financial times, such as former President Bill Clinton and in Britain, former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. They saw turn arounds and profitability during their tenures, during rough economic times.

Bush and Obama spent America into a hole, following their philosophical beliefs that did not pan out. There ought to be a law that a head of state can only spend a certain amount of money and no more, with rare exceptions granted. It is going to take many years to tackle the national deficit and that is only with a president that knows finance well.

Barack Obama's Reelection Campaign Being Harmed By Rising Gas Prices In America

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama is facing significant criticism this month, over rising gas prices in America, hitting the public's pocket in a noticeable way. Critics are stating it is damaging the already battered consumer, as food prices have also risen. Foreclosures and bankruptcies are high as well.

The Gallup polling company revealed, unemployment in America sits at an uncomfortable 9%, three years into Obama's tumultuous term as President of the United States. These circumstances are working against Obama's reelection bid, with the presidential election fast approaching in November.

Stacy Francis Got Into A Confrontation With Whitney Houston Over Ray-J Before Her Death

Whitney Houston

X-Factor contestant and former X-Girlfriend member, Stacy Francis, 42, got into a fight with Whitney Houston, 48 at a Los Angeles club, two days before her death on February 11, 2012. Yesterday, Francis apologized for the fight that upset Houston and worsened her depression. Houston has dated 31-year-old rapper and reality star Ray-J on and off since her divorce from singer Bobby Brown.

If you remember, on February 13, 2012, the Judiciary Report made mention of Ray-J stating, "Days prior she was also seen with rapper Ray-J, who sorry to say, has been a bad influence on the women he dates (see: Kim Kardashian, who he sold out for $1,000,000). When I saw a photo of Houston with Ray-J several days ago, I got a bad feeling" and "Ray-J, who Houston was seen dating days before she died. Did the two break up again." On February 14, 2012, the Judiciary Report referred to him as bad company and a negative influence on Houston. On February 15. 2012, Francis went public with the story of the fight. My instincts were correct. Ray-J is a playboy and isn't about to be faithful to any woman with his mindset.

Brandi and her brother Ray-J

Some say Houston was happy in her final days, but I don't think she was at all. With all Houston's problems, such as dwindling records sales and a depleted fortune, the last thing she needed was another badboy like Bobby Brown or Ray-J or a confrontation over a man with loose morals when it comes to women. That probably made her depression worse. She was on medication for depression and happy people don't do that. That was a big clue that she was depressed.

Houston needed someone grounded, who would have kept her out of the club and away from alcohol and drugs. Someone to take her out for a nice dinner, a walk in the park, a jog, work out together (ect...). Someone stable to foster her relationship with daughter Bobby Kristina Brown. She needed someone to encourage her to quit smoking and get restorative treatments for her voice that was damaged from years of substance abuse. She didn't need Ray-J taking her to a Hollywood club filled with drugs, alcohol and smoking, for a night out with all her vices present. You saw the inebriation on her face during the final week of her life. If you are drunk or close to it, you can miscalculate how many pills you have taken and when.

Stacy Francis

I did not know Houston, but I knew, heard and was privately told enough to know she was in serious trouble, but I didn't post most of it, as I did not wish to embarrass or hurt her. I knew this tragedy was coming, as the troubles in her life were backing up and she was trying to leave Atlanta, in favor of Los Angeles, a move the site advised against.

In a past Judiciary Report article on April 27, 2010 entitled "Whitney Houston On The Brink" the site explicitly warned, "Whitney Houston, is on the brink of collapse. Her comeback tour continues to be panned all over the world, while Houston spirals further into addiction. Contrary to what her label Sony is telling you, all is not well with Whitney. If she does not regain control of her life, she could overdose. Step back from that ledge, Whitney. Life is too important to jeopardize it over a career, addiction and bad influences."

Congressional Disapproval Ratings Hit Another High

The American People To Congress: You Stink

Congress continues to outdo itself. A newly released poll states over 84% of Americans disapprove of Congress' job performance. Very few, except Congress, are surprised at the news. When you waive through massive spending on a regular basis and unemployment is still high and people are still losing their homes to foreclosure in record numbers, don't be surprised if people give you a failing grade.

Will Hollywood's Record Box Office Slump Continue In 2012

Copyright infringing "New Years Eve" was the biggest flop of 2011

Some are wondering if Hollywood's box office slump, which hit record levels in 2011, via terrible, decreased revenues, will carry over into 2012. With the ongoing financial crisis in America, people aren't thinking about movie tickets, as they are losing their homes and jobs.

The unemployment rate continues to rise, making many things unaffordable. Ironically, to compensate for the massive loss of customers, Hollywood continues to unscrupulously raise ticket prices to ridiculous levels, meaning less people are seeing their products twofold.
