Trayvon Martin's Brother Denounces Murderer George Zimmerman's Lies And Characterizations Of The Slain Teen

Jahvaris Fulton, the older brother of 17-year-old murder victim, Trayvon Martin, did an interview recently, recalling happy memories of his brother. Martin shared his belief the teen did not get into a confrontation with his killer, George Zimmerman, who irrationally racially profiled and stalked unarmed Trayvon, then murdered him on February 26, 2012 in Sanford, Florida.

University student Fulton stated his honor student brother was, "Going to be someone." He also stated regarding the unprovoked shooting, "Everything I heard was from Zimmerman's perspective. It didn't sound like my brother at all. That my brother attacked him and did all this stuff. It doesn't sound like him at all. He wasn't confrontational or violent."

Zimmerman's actions nearly incited a race war, taking the wrong tone and turn, via more violence and racism, in the murder of 3 black people, the beating of an Hispanic teen and the assault of a Caucasian man, in professed retaliatory attacks. An automated road sign message in Michigan was also hacked and replaced with the terrible slur, "Trayvon is a ni*ger." Zimmerman owes the Martins and the nation and apology for what his illegal deeds touched off.

George Zimmerman Makes His First Appearance In Court Charged With Second Degree Murder In The Death Of Trayvon Martin

George Zimmerman made his first appearance in court today, charged with second degree murder, in the death of unarmed 17-year-old, Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman stood stone-faced, his eyes somewhat wild at times, as he surveyed the room. Standing in the courtroom shackled and wearing prison gear, with a blank expression, Zimmerman answered a few questions from the judge.

It is being reported Zimmerman intends to plead "not guilty" in the senseless and tragic murder of Martin, which could have been avoided, had the self-appointed neighborhood watch captain listened to 911 admonishments to leave the unarmed teen alone.

However, Zimmerman pursued and ended up murdering law abiding Martin, who was simply walking home to his family's home in the gated community, with food he bought to watch the NBA All Star game on television. Zimmerman played judge, jury and executioner in Martin's illegal death and now he shall face his peers to answer for these crimes.

During a press conference in Orlando, Florida today, State Attorney Angela Corey announced that self-appointed neighborhood watch captain, George Zimmerman, 28, has been charged in the death of Trayvon Martin, 17, in connection with the unarmed teen's murder on February 26. 2012. Initially Sanford, Florida officials stated there would be no charges or arrest, but due to immense public outcry, special prosecutor Corey was appointed and second degree murder charges have been filed.

The Judiciary Report hoped for first degree murder charges, as stated yesterday, but at least Zimmerman has been charged. It's a beginning. He is now in custody in the State of Florida, one day after his lawyers quit, reporting at their own press conference he is mentally unwell and fled the state. After having dealt with criminally insane stalkers in Miami, Florida, who are apart of a deranged religious cult, one is able to detect the signs associated with such sick and unlawful behavior. The Judiciary Report retains its view that Martin is a victim of crime that was minding his own business, but was stalked, attacked and murdered by a man with mental issues and a chip on his shoulder regarding black people he routinely racially profiled, as revealed by many 911 tapes.

One is not suspicious for being black (or any color) or wearing a hoodie. America is known as a free country. Martin was allowed to wear whatever he wanted and walk wherever he felt like in the communal areas of his neighbor. For a person to be labeled suspicious for lawfully enjoying his freedoms and killed for it is a great injustice that must be properly addressed in a court of law. Due Diligence Or Poor Governance?

The government of Sanford, Florida continues to drag its feet in the murder of unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, who was killed by 28-year-old, lawbreaking, armed vigilante, George Zimmerman, though so much is at stake.

The Sanford government is endangering America, as people are threatening to riot and burn things to the ground in the event Zimmerman is not charged or is acquitted. Once again, the Judiciary Report does not advocate violence, but what is being written and stated online and in public by many is not something to be ignored.

This brings me to my question - is the government of Sanford acting under the auspices of due diligence or poor governance. I think it is the latter. Lives and billions of dollars in property all over America is at stake if the wrong decisions are made in this case. Yet, here we have officials of a municipality, running amok, covering up crimes and violating the Civil Rights Act in the process.

At the heart of the matter is George Zimmerman, a man whose criminal conduct is not worth all this trouble. It is poor governance to do this under the circumstances, via jeopardizing lives and property over a vigilante.

When I read Zimmerman attacked a cop a few years ago, that's all I needed to know to realize he is a reckless instigator and aggressor, who is not all there. I repeat, he attacked a cop. Seriously, who does that. It's instant jail or death (well, unless daddy's a corrupt judge). What's he going to do next? Bite a bear? Slap a shark?

A good psychologist can bring the truth out regarding Zimmerman's mental state, as he has a problem to be going around attacking innocent people - something he has done three times with impunity.

Newly released items continue to testify against George Zimmerman, the 28-year-old neighborhood watch captain that murdered unarmed 17-year-old, Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman, who was violating neighborhood watch rules by patrolling his community with a gun and stalking a perceived threat, a defenseless boy with Skittles candy and Arizona ice tea, declined emergency services' offer of an ambulance to take him to the hospital if he felt unwell.

However, to hear Zimmerman tell it now, via his family and representatives, Martin nearly beat him to death by repeatedly bashing his head against the concrete and breaking his nose. Most people with such alleged injuries would immediately go to the hospital (not to mention have blood on their clothes). Yet, emergency services' tapes of the night in question, reveals Zimmerman declined an ambulance and based on his appearance, had no blood on his shirt. When one Googles pictures of broken noses, then looks at footage of Zimmerman on the night in question, one wonders why he looks nothing like others with the same alleged injury.

Show of hands, if someone allegedly beat you so badly you feared for your life, as they'd broken your nose and split the back of your head open with repeated blows against the concrete, would you not want to go to the hospital to check for potentially fatal internal bleeding/hemorrhaging, after such life threatening injuries. Would you not want to have your nose tended to in order to prevent it healing in a visibly bad way. More importantly would you not want a brain scan.

Show of hands again, how many of you that are not cops or certified security guards, would patrol the neighborhood with a gun, of all things. I just couldn't fathom doing that. If I saw something odd, like someone trespassing or suspiciously fiddling with a neighbor's lock for too long, I'd call 911, but that's it. You can't brand someone suspicious for walking on a street, as Zimmerman did regarding Martin. That's the purpose of the street - for people to walk on it.

Expert analysis also reveals, it is not George Zimmerman crying for help on 911 tapes, as he claimed. Voice analysis comparing Zimmerman's 911 call and that of others residents in the neighborhood who heard the murder, eliminate the killer as the one pleading for assistance. This support's the Martin family's contention it is Trayvon on the tape. One witness stated she heard a "boy" crying for help before the gunshot rang out.

Zimmerman is the aggressor and stalker in this matter, who was armed with a loaded gun. Martin was the unarmed victim of stalking. Why would someone with a loaded gun be screaming for help against a teenager with no weapon. Does that make sense to you. Think about that. Furthermore, anyone who attacks a cop, as Zimmerman did a few years ago, is either completely reckless or not playing with a full deck., That is an individual looking for trouble anywhere they can find it.

Robert Zimmerman, the dad of murderer, George Zimmerman, has spoken out in the death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, whom his son killed in cold blood for unlawful, racist reasons. Robert Zimmerman slammed President Obama for stating Martin "If I had a son he would look like Trayvon."

Zimmerman stated he never imagined all this hate could come at them from the President (among others). What Obama stated was correct. The day before the president made the statement, my mom and I were having a discussion about the case, where I stated, "Trayvon looks familiar" (maybe I'd seen him around Miami, as I have friends that live a couple blocks away from where it was reported his mother lives). My mom replied, "He looks like Obama."

George Zimmerman admitted to killing a minor in an incident that has him on a 911 tape using the racist slur "fu*king coons." That was hateful - not someone stating there is a resemblance between a deceased minor and a head of state. As a parent, Judge Zimmerman probably does not want to admit his son did something very wrong, but as a man of the law he knows better, even if he does not want to admit it. It would be better if he kept silent, rather than attempting to defend the indefensible to a nation and world angered by a terrible injustice, as it is calling his legal career into question.

28-year-old murderer, George Zimmerman, hunted down 17-year-old underage minor, Trayvon Martin, treating the victim of his crimes as prey, for an imagined offense that simply never occurred. Unarmed Martin was well within his legal rights walking in his family's neighborhood, carrying candy and ice tea home to watch the NBA all star games. Zimmerman began stalking Martin, who lost him at one point.

However, determined to punish a frightened minor for an imagined offense, racist Zimmerman illogically pursued Martin again, found him and murdered the innocent teen in a confrontation that never should have happened, as the self-appointed neighborhood watchman was acting outside the law from start to finish.

Zimmerman is a paranoid individual with a history of stalking. Previously, Zimmerman stalked and physically assaulted his ex-fiancée, accusing her of things he imagined, in an incident of domestic violence that prompted her to obtain a restraining order against him. When she moved on from the relationship, due to his behavior and began dating someone else, Zimmerman pried into the life of her new beau and began accusing him of all sorts of madness the couple stated was not true.

Here we have two clear cut incidents of stalking, by a man who is a violent bully with a hero complex. A pattern of criminal behavior exists, as Zimmerman stalked people in incidents that resulted in violence and or the death of the victims he unlawfully pursued. Zimmerman's conduct fits the profile of a stalker and the most dangerous kind. Psychologists define stalking as a form of mental illness.

George Zimmerman, the 28-year-old self-appointed neighborhood watch captain that stalked, then murdered 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, who was unarmed and defenseless, claims the teen attacked him first, bloodying his face and the back of his head, in addition to breaking his nose. Zimmerman claims this occurred after he stalked Martin, against 911 orders, with no legal authority to pursue the underage teen, who was minding his business in the Sanford, Florida community his family lives.

However, video released yesterday of Zimmerman at the Sanford, Florida police station showed no visible injuries, stitches or bandages of any kind on the killer, as he was led into the station in handcuffs. He moved around the room with no difficulty or assistance.

Zimmerman's story is further being challenged by funeral director Richard Kurtz, who received Martin's body. Yesterday, in an interview with attorney and television personality, Nancy Grace, the funeral director stated, "As far as his (Trayvon's) hands and knuckles, I didn't see any evidence he had been fighting anybody." If someone is alleged to have broken another person's nose via punches, would it not show on the accused person's hand(s).

Yet here it is, Zimmerman is incredulously claiming Martin threw punches breaking his nose and began bashing his head against the sidewalk. Zimmerman's questionable claims also contradict those of Martin's girlfriend, who was on the phone with him moments before he was murdered by the trigger happy vigilante, a cop wannabe that would not have qualified for the force, due to his violent history of arrests, which include attacking a police officer and assaulting his former fiancé.

Martin's girlfriend stated the teen told her a "creepy" man was following him and that he looked "crazy." Indeed. Zimmerman looks crazy in his previous mug shot, for one of three arrests that went nowhere, thanks to his judge dad, Robert Zimmerman. It appears Robert Zimmerman kept getting his trouble-seeking son out of trouble, leading the 28-year-old to believe he was untouchable in the eyes of the law.

Well, he's really done it this time. Had Zimmerman been forced to face the consequences of his previous crimes, rather than daddy repeatedly getting him out of trouble, maybe he would have thought twice before murdering a boy on a public street, after referring to him as a "fu*king coon" on 911 tapes.

If it is revealed Robert Zimmerman corruptly aided his son in thwarting arrest in this matter, as a police investigator wanted to arrest him, but district attorney mysteriously said no, both father and son should face jail time. Parents can't be responsible for their children's crimes, but if they facilitate and cover up their unlawful behavior, they are culpable as well under the law.

The parents of 17-year-old murder victim, Trayvon Martin, did an interview with CNN tonight, regarding newly released footage from the Sanford, Florida police station, who detained their son's killer, 28-year-old George Zimmerman, then let him go.

Original nonsensical reports stated Zimmerman shot Martin in "self-defense" after he stalked the teen, who he claims then attacked him. Zimmerman stated Martin punched him in the face and kept slamming his head against the concrete, leading to his face and the back of his head being injured and bloodied. Zimmerman also stated Martin broke his nose.

However, the video that aired on CNN tonight reveals Zimmerman didn't have a scratch on him, no blood on his clothes and was walking just fine. He kept holding his head down in the video, but there are a few shots of him holding his head up. In response to this, Trayvon's father, Tracy Martin stated, "It's amazing that, if in fact he had a broken nose, how he continued to keep his head down...once you've had a broken nose, you'll know, your nose will continue to bleed and bleed and bleed until you get it fixed." Yet there was no blood or bleeding in the video.

Trayvon's mom Sybrina Fulton stated regarding the video, Zimmerman had, "No injuries. No blood on his shirt." The family's attorney stated the authorities have, "Conspired to cover up the death of Trayvon Martin." The entire case is a complete cover up and conspiracy.

Irrelevant Issues Continue To Cloud The Trayvon Martin Murder Case Setting A Terrible Precedent That Must Not Stand

Select newspaper and blog coverage of the murder of 17-year-old Miamian, Trayvon Martin, at the hands of lawbreaking, self-appointed neighborhood watch captain, George Zimmerman, 28, continues to stray into the irrelevant. Items such as Martin wearing a few gold teeth in a Twitter photo to Zimmerman being "a registered Democrat" have nothing to do with the facts of the case.

Any potential jury will need to focus on the law of the land in this matter, in the event the government does the right thing and brings charges against Zimmerman. Jurors asking and answering a few simple questions would bring the correct verdict:

1.) Is it lawful to stalk and confront a person? According to state and federal law the answer is no.

2.) Is it legal to stalk, confront, harass, beat, then kill a person? According to state and federal law the answer is no.

3.) Was Trayvon Martin trespassing on George Zimmerman's personal property? Based on released facts, the answer is no. Martin was on communal roads in his father's neighbor and as such had every right to be there.

4.) Is George Zimmerman responsible for Trayvon Martin's murder, as he disobeyed 911 and went after a minor that was not bothering him. The answer would be yes. Martin would be alive today had Zimmerman simply left the unarmed teen alone, rather than stalking and picking a fight with him, then pointing a gun at his chest and fatally pulling the trigger.

5.) Who was the dangerous one Martin or Zimmerman - an unarmed 17-year-old minor, with no criminal record, carrying a bag of Skittles candy and an Arizona Ice Tea drink (Martin) or a gun toting 28-year-old man with two prior, unrelated arrests for outright violence against a police officer (of all people) and separately the assault of his former fiancée in a domestic violence incident, which led to a restraining order against him (Zimmerman). The answer to that question would be Zimmerman was the dangerous one that fateful night, which is confirmed by the fact defenseless Martin is now dead.

Items mentioning Zimmerman being half white and half Hispanic and Martin being black only came into play, when the former was heard using the racial slur "f**ing coons" on the 911 tape. It is being referred to as motive. However, regardless of one's color, one should be able to get justice, especially when such a tragic act of violence occur.

People of all races also need to pay attention to this case, because you do not want the dangerous precedent set that anyone can stalk you, your children or other family members, confront and then kill them. If Zimmerman is not brought to justice, the corrupt legal precedent that such inappropriate and murderous behavior is lawful will stand and pose a threat to everyone.

The website Rolling Out has brought forth an interesting point regarding 28-year-old murderer, George Zimmerman, who killed unarmed, defenseless 17-year-old minor, Trayvon Martin in cold blood. Zimmerman's dad is retired Florida magistrate Judge Robert Zimmerman.

The younger Zimmerman has assaulted a cop, in another incident resisted arrest regarding a police officer, stalked and physically attacked his ex-fiancée and murdered young Trayvon, yet has not spent a day in jail or had his gun license revoked. It appears he has not been hindered by a publicly available criminal record, as each one of his messes has been conveniently closed.

Zimmerman also stands accused of bullying neighbors and trespassing, forcing his way into a lady's home, under the guise of being a neighborhood watch captain, leading to a complaint against him. Yet, after all these crimes, he remains free.

According to a records search on George, he was previously arrested for domestic violence, resisting an officer without violence and most shockingly, resisting an officer with violence — a felony charge that surely could have landed him in prison.

All three of those arrests, however, were mysteriously closed with no semblance of charges for the Florida resident. So how was someone with a violent past including that of battery against an officer able to carry a 9 mm handgun? Florida's Stand Your Ground Law Is Being Twisted And Misrepresented In The Murder Of 17-Year-Old Trayvon Martin

Florida, among select other U.S. States, has a "Stand Your Ground" law, which allows one to use force, even deadly, to protect one's self from imminent danger. This is the defense of George Zimmerman, who murdered 17-year-old Trayvon Martin on a street in his dad's middle class, gated Sanford community.

However, 911 tapes do not tell that story, neither do witness accounts. The tapes reveal a scared teenager, who is a minor under Florida law, being stalked, confronted, pushed to the ground and fatally shot, by an unhinged, raging racist, who referred to him as a "fu*king coon" in the audio recording. The law does not cover people chasing, confronting and then killing strangers or people they know on the street. That's called murder or an illegal execution.

The other racial undertone present in the case implies a young black man did not belong in a middle class gated community, as blacks are clearly too poor and violent in Zimmerman's estimation, to live in such nice places. After all, Zimmerman barked at unarmed, defenseless Martin, "What are you doing here?" The implication was Martin belonged in the ghetto and was somehow trespassing in the middle class neighborhood his dad lives and pays taxes. The stereotype of he is not a "rapper or athlete" so he couldn't possibly afford to be there is present in all its ugliness.

If you listen to the 911 tape, regarding the murder of 17-year-old, Trayvon Martin, it has all the tell tale signs that race based murderer George Zimmerman stalked, confronted and fatally shot a scared young black teen that was running away from him and screamed for his life before being killed. Listen to the tape carefully as Zimmerman complains to the 911 dispatcher, who expressly warned him not to confront the boy, whining, "He ran." Does that sound like a young boy trying to start trouble? No it does not.

Zimmerman went after the unarmed, defenseless teen anyway, in the the community Martin's dad lives, seeking to start trouble. How can that be labeled self-defense. Zimmerman had made up his mind that he was going to attack Martin one way or another and did so, despite the 911 dispatcher telling him not to do so. He is the one that wanted trouble and now he's got it.

It is also important to note, as black people, we should not turn this infuriating incident into a race war. George Zimmerman only represents George Zimmerman and not any race in his ethnic background. If justice is not served by the Sanford authorities in this case, black people should not resort to violence, but utilize organized, peaceful marches and sweeping financial boycotts. The latter is the most effective, as marches bring embarrassment, but people and businesses hate losing money. I do not wish for Sanford, which has a detailed history of racism, to lose money, but if the government attorneys mess around, it will. The local government needs to ask itself, is Zimmerman worth the money it will hemorrhage, skidding into bankruptcy...

911 tapes indicate that before murderer George Zimmerman, fatally shot and killed unarmed, defenseless 17-year-old Miamian, Trayvon Martin, he referred to him as a "fu*king coon." The word "coon" is an offensive racial epithet for black people, one step down from the slur "nig*er. Zimmerman's slur places this premeditated murder and stalking firmly in the category of a hate crime, which means he violated the Civil Rights Act. This intensifies charges that should be filed, via steeper legal penalties.

The teen, who was on vacation in Central Florida, had ventured outside his dad's middle class gated community in Sanford, to buy his little brother some Skittles candy at a local store. Zimmerman, the forceful "self-appointed" neighborhood watch captain, saw Martin and began stalking the young man as he walked back to his dad's home in the gated community.

The 911 tapes that were initially released were censored to hide the fact Zimmerman used a racial slur in reference to the teenager, who was minding his own business and had every right to be there. An excerpt of the call now reveals the exchange went as follows:

George Zimmerman: "Those fu*king coons..."

George Zimmerman: "They always get away"

911 Dispatcher: ‎"Are you following him?"

George Zimmerman: "Yea"

911 Dispatcher: "We don't need you to do that"

His mutilated body was found two days later with 42 separate injuries."

If his phone was hacked, that is wrong. But the only reason that they were interested in him was the fact that he murdered my son. If there is to be compensation paid, then all the money should go to charity. What goes on in the minds of these people that they do not see they are trying to get blood money for a killer? He cannot be allowed to benefit from the wicked crime that he committed. I’ve had to swallow a lot since James was murdered. All down the line the Government, the courts, the lawyers and the probation service have all been on the side of his killers. This is the final straw and I am not going to sit back and watch this happen. I will move heaven and earth to stop it.”
