Newt Gingrich Should Depart The Republican Race For President As He Is Messing With The Vote

Newt Gingrich

Newt Gingrich, the former Speaker of the House, who left in disgrace, should leave the republican race for the the nomination to run against President Obama in the upcoming election. Gingrich is splitting the vote and prolonging the process, with his presence in a race that is not going his way in any measure.

Some members of the public and political pundits believe, Gingrich is remaining in the race for dubious reasons. Currently, the delegate count stands at Mitt Romney, 563, Rick Santorum, 263, Newt Gingrich 135 and Ron Paul, 50. A candidate needs 1144 to win the nomination. Romney is the clear favorite, but Santorum would have a lot more votes than he currently does if Gingrich were not in the race.

Obama Turns His Attention To Rick Santorum Who Has Been Ripping Him

U.S. Election Heats Up Again

Barack Obama

Reuters has confirmed today that President Barack Obama's administration has turned its attention to Republican rival, Rick Santorum, who has been publicly coming after him like gangbusters. Santorum has ripped Obama on everything - such as his costly health care program, trying to force people of the faith to pay for abortions, high unemployment, the soaring national deficit and the president's policies that have made things more difficult for Christians in America.

Rick Santorum

Thus far, Obama really has not been able to knock out Santorum or Romney and Ron Paul's campaign donations and presidential push are gaining steam. As it stands, polls still retain the view that any Republican could beat Obama in this year's presidential election, as he has made choices in office that did not turn out well and it a very noticeable way.

Mitt Romney

He has added $5 trillion to the deficit, when the Judiciary Report begged him from the very beginning of his presidency to cut costs, not add to them. The site also reasoned with him for his entire presidency thus far, not to engage in wasteful spending such as solar initiative and other experimental programs that later failed. It is the equivalent of an injured person, who is bleeding in a life threatening manner, stating they need to bleed more, rather than stem the hemorrhage and let the serious wound heal. America is bleeding money at a terrible rate and will not recover its financial health in this manner. There is no cash transfusion that can fix this, as it will come at a price. Staunch the bleeding, already.

Mitt Romney Introduces His Spanish Speaking Son At Florida Event To Cheers

Republican presidential candidate, Mitt Romney, brought his Spanish speaking son along at a Florida event, in courting the important Hispanic vote. His son spoke well in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish well, but from the few words I caught it did sound right. Besides, the accent was good. Romney's dad was born in Mexico, after his granddad joined a Mormon colony in the country. The family returned to America when Romney's dad was a child.

*Looks at U.S. immigration*: has anyone checked Mitt Romney's immigration status. Is he even legal. I'm just teasing (LOL). I would never turn in an illegal immigrant.

Romney's son looks a bit tan and his hair is curly. Dude is looking a bit Latino. Are you sure a Mexican didn't get his fiesta on with Romney's mama or grandmama. Maury! Maury! Maury! Joking again.

Newt Gingrich talking out the side of his mouth

Gangsta Gingrich was there as well dropping a few words in Spanish. Sorry, I'm not feeling Newt (but looking at his many marriages, apparently quite a few women are). Dude is the Elizabeth Taylor of the Republican Party with all these marriages. His track record since the 1990s is too spotty. Too many questionable financial issues. Too many links to corruption. I saw an interview with him recently and he invoked the word "cabal" like it was something positive. I think not buddy boy!

The Republican field has whittled down to some tough choices. Many Americans have qualms about Mormonism, which Romney is apart of and people know flat out that Gingrich is a cheat and a corrupt liar. Ron Paul talks a lot of sense, but has not been able to get the kind of support he needs to move out front in the race.

Perry, who left the race, has professed good values, but public speaking gave him difficulty at times. On the other side of the fence is big spender President Obama, whose policies have failed right before everyone's eyes. America has a tough choice to make.

Questions raised about Mitt Romney’s vote count in Iowa

Saturday, January 7, 2012 - One of the charms of the Iowa caucus is the event’s intimate, homespun feel. But the downside of what amounts to an amateur production surfaced with reports calling into question Mitt Romney’s astonishingly thin eight-vote victory.

Edward True, a poll watcher for Ron Paul, filed an affidavit Thursday saying that Romney’s reported total overstated his support by 20 votes in Appanoose County, on the Missouri border. If true, and there were no further adjustments, Santorum would be the Iowa winner by 12 votes.
