A report surfaced recently stating a magazine and Barbie doll deal featuring the Kardashians has been scrapped. Initially, the family matriarch, Kris Kardashian-Jenner, pretended she cancelled the deal, but people (not the magazine) are stating otherwise. Businesspeople are looking for the exit where the Kardashians are concerned, due to the fact their popularity is gone with the American public.

This translates into excuse making by companies to back out of deals with the reality TV family that wore out their welcome on the internet and television. Kim Kardashian made it happen with her 72-month marriage to NBA star, Kris Humphries, for more fame and money, which left a bad impression on the public regarding the greedy clan when she dumped him.

It's not the only blow the Kardashian brand is being dealt. According to previous reports, the ladies had been in talks with Mattel to work on their own Kardashian-themed Barbie dolls. It seems, however, that those plans have also been shelved. A rep for Mattel told MTV News, "As popular as the Kardashian sisters are, at this point in time we are not manufacturing Barbie-branded Kardashian dolls."

Kardashian-Jenner passed on the same entitlement issues to her daughters, particularly Kim Kardashian, who only dated and married rich men and spends lavishly as well. It was not wise to instill such poor values in children, as it will not bring them happiness in life, but trouble from doing anything for money.

Kardashian-Jenner did not take her marriage vows seriously, cheating on her husband more than once, in deeds that tore their family apart. Now her daughter is not taking marriage seriously, filing legal papers to discard her union with Kris Humphries within 2 and a ½ months of their wedding.

The reality TV show family has seen their ratings plunge this year, in the two and a half months since Kim Kardashian ignited a press firestorm, by announcing she is divorcing Humphries.

They have lost 500,000 viewers. This latest development is the beginning of the end of the Kardashian's empire, if you can call it that, as reality TV is not real acting. Things seem to be falling apart for them on all fronts, in deeds they brought on themselves. It's time for them to find out what's real in life and stop being so superficial and greedy.

This is compounded by the fact that a few months ago, Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, made an appearance on the "Tonight Show" and spoke about an extramarital affair she had with an entertainment industry figure that destroyed her marriage. Such a move was not out of character for her, making claims about Khloe's dad all the more believable.

You know, the Judiciary Report took note of blogs making claims for months that she is not his child, but really did not want to write about the topic. This book could get ugly, as the antics some of the Kardashians have gotten up to is not pretty. Kim has always been rebellious. Years ago she ran away to marry music producer, Damon Thomas, with the couple eloping, only for the marriage to end in disaster, when he allegedly turned out to be an abusive woman beater.

I have a better idea. Here's my idea for a new reality show: gather all the stars from irritating reality shows and drop them in a pit of alligators or tank of sharks and whoever survives...gets electrocuted. You have to cover all your bases. Too violent? Okay, in stead of a pit of alligators, how about a cauldron of crocodiles (after the first bite the animals would die of silicone poisoning).

Boy, Kim really derailed the Kardashian train

Sometimes a bit of news comes out that just stuns the Judiciary Report. I'm talking about shock and awe - like the reality television family the Kardashians being told by veteran journalist, Barbara Walters, that they have no talent. The Judiciary Report feels so lied to and deceived - not really. It's like everyone else but the Kardashians know. They look surprised.

The former patriarch of the clan, who passed away, attorney Robert Kardashian, had intelligence, as he applied himself in law school and obtained a degree. The current patriarch of the family, Bruce Jenner, is a gifted, gold medal winning athlete. However, Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian are really letting the side down. They come across as people that never devoted themselves to becoming accomplished at anything or well rounded people (well, sans Kim's butt injections).

Sorry, but Kim and Kourtney, based on their speech, bring the airhead factor to the family that is hard to shake. Kourtney Kardashian reportedly did not pay her nanny, telling the woman she obviously deemed a peasant, that she should consider it a privilege to work for her (for free). Oh really now?

This is how inflated their egos have become. They've also become a sad example of how to become rich and famous without any identifiable talent. There are so many talented people in America and the world, but in new Hollywood, the sleazier, crazier and more unethical you are, the more likely you will become famous. The current set controlling Hollywood want desperate, malleable people willing to do any and everything for fame, sort of like prostitution.

They don't want talented people with their own minds and ethics. People with real talent are not going to do certain questionable things. Talented people also have a certain confidence in their craft, as they know it well and are qualified. Untalented people in the industry are the most insecure and often the ones acting up the most.

Hollywood needs to change management. It has become a den of thieves run by fraudsters digging their heels in and resorting to unlawful stealing and exploitation to get ahead, while bringing in pretty, but desperate people willing to do whatever they say for fame.
