Solar Trust for America has been declared bankrupt by the Obama Administration, after the president gave the company $2.1 billion dollars in taxpayer money. Solar Trust for America is another of President Obama's green Company projects that has gone belly up.

The Judiciary Report has consistently warned against such initiatives, as the nation is currently not on solid financial footing. Amazingly, President Obama is not off these green companies and giving them large amounts of taxpayer money, though several of them have hit bankruptcy.

This is very unwise. This taxpayer money could be better used to create jobs in industries that are proven winners and moneymakers. It is a grievous mistake to keep pumping taxpayer funds into entities that keep failing. It is the definition of financial insanity.

Brown gave the public the impression he left the marriage broke, with only his clothes, as it was revealed he began crashing on the couch of tell-all groupie Karin Steffans.

Many believed the solar company, Solyndra, whose failure cost the American taxpayer $500,000,000, was the only failure in the sector that President Obama gave the nation's money to, but there's more. A CBS News report indicates the Obama Administration spent many billions of dollars in taxpayer money on other green initiatives that have failed.

The report states 80% of the U.S. Department of Energy's $20,500,000,000 budget, comprised of taxpayer money, went to President Obama's donors, on companies that failed and are in bankruptcy or facing it right now. Going green is good, but the government handled it the wrong way and for political reasons, in deeds that have now cost the U.S. taxpayers a significant amount of money added to the national debt.

These companies were green in another way, as in unproven and risky. For years the Judiciary Report warned in articles that Obama should avoid untried and unnecessary spending and even named green and solar initiatives in that category, as it would be a hindrance in getting the nation out of the financial crisis.

And though over 20 divisions of the U.S. government have been reading this website for years, including the White House, they did it anyway and ran head on into this calamity they were warned by this website would happen. It's amazing how some heads of state sign away the people's money said leaders could not earn or repay in their lifetimes. It is careless, reckless and arrogant.

Side Bar: Jesus Himself could have come down from heaven in 2008 and told Obama do not spend the people's money on these green companies, as it will put the nation further in debt to no good results and the first thing out of Obama's mouth would have been, "But they are my campaign donors..."

These corrupt campaign donors and those in Hollywood did not put Obama in office, the American people did in big numbers, but these rich and famous folks using the President are going to get him thrown out of office with their foolishness the nation is witnessing unfold online.

Yesterday, a librarian told me of lay offs that hit the library. People that lost their jobs yesterday, after years of service, because of government cuts. I did not like this, as libraries are great and instrumental in kids and adults expanding their education. Days ago, I saw stories of police officers and firefighters losing their jobs in layoffs as well. Yet, just last week, I read of Obama Administration officials and Congress receiving raises and bonuses totaling millions in taxpayer money.

The government is mismanaging taxpayer money and funds are not reaching the people that need it most to keep the country financially afloat. Wasteful, useless government initiatives that gave billions in taxpayer money to green initiatives and other strange start ups, only for them to fail, while jobs vital to the economy, such as those of teachers, police officers and firefighters are written off in layoffs.

It is infuriating. What exactly is the government doing, because it makes no sense to people with common sense. Furthermore, if the government had not given billions in taxpayer money to green initiatives and agreed to tax increases on America's wealthiest people three years ago when the Judiciary Report suggested both items, there would be enough money to protect the aforementioned vital jobs. Now the government is resorting to laying off teachers, police and firefighters, which is unthinkable.

Wednesday, January 11, 2012 - Now seems an unlikely time for handing out bonuses at bankrupt Solyndra LLC, but that’s the plan of company attorneys intending to dole out up to a half-million dollars to persuade key employees to stay put. Nearly two dozen Solyndra employees could receive bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 each under a proposal filed by Solyndra’s attorneys in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.

January 9, 2012 - When it comes to how Americans view President Obama going into the new year, there appears to be very little spirit of Auld Lang Syne. Instead, according to the new Washington Whispers poll, many voters aren't forgetting what they dislike about Obama and want him out office.

In our New Year's poll, when asked what news event they fear most about 2012, Americans by a margin of two-to-one said Obama's reelection. Only 16 percent said they fear the Democrat won't win a second term, while 33 percent said they fear four more years.

First Lady Michelle Obama is being portrayed as Marie Antoinette again, but this time in a very unflattering picture. Not only has an artist painted the First Lady's face on Antoinette's body, using a haughty looking pose and facial expression, he has grafted one of the most unattractive man arms on a woman to her body in the photo. Mrs. Obama's arms do not look like that. He gave her a brown version of Madonna's ugly arms. However, it was done for effect.

Some, such as the Los Angeles Times, are crying racism at the photo that allegedly implies "uppity negro." However, the Judiciary Report disagrees. While the Judiciary Report does not believe Mrs. Obama behaves like an "uppity Negro" the site does see her as a very successful, pretty black woman and lawyer, but one not making the best PR moves.

I do believe Mrs. Obama is not being wise in spending lavishly, taking luxury vacations and wearing very expensive designer clothes to a number of events during a terrible financial crisis. It can be construed as insensitive and is not politically savvy. It is not helping her husband President Obama. This would also apply if a Republican President's wife did so as well, in the same type of negative financial climate.

It's not a matter of public envy or jealousy. When people have lost their jobs and can't pay their mortgages anymore in big numbers, through no fault of their own, after having paid taxes into the system, they do not want to see elected leaders and their families spending government money on fancy trips or wearing very expensive designer duds. Because then, they will believe you are apart of the problem and not the solution. And once again, on a human level, it's insensitive. One has to be mindful of these things when in office (at least if one wants to stay there).

I guess the FBI isn’t tired of failure. Recently, it was announced again that their long overdue computer system (software and hardware) is behind schedule and costing taxpayers a bundle, pardon the pun. The Judiciary Report previously wrote about the topic: IG: FBI Computer System On Track For Failure and FBI Computer System Still A Financial Sinkhole.

Once again, years ago, the Judiciary Report’s sister site, the Sound Off Column, predicted this would happen (www.soundoffcolumn.com/june_06.htm). When the site started writing about the FBI, the law enforcement agency didn’t even have a computer system or basic emails. Agents did everything by pen, pad and tape recorder. The site laid out a plan for achieving a great computer system and warned what not to do lest they fail and run into monumental delays.

The FBI didn’t listen to the warnings and the Sound Off Column’s predicted worst case scenarios happened, leading to the U.S. taxpayers getting burned big time, which all could have been avoided. When I write things it is for a reason. The FBI reads my websites everyday according to site statistics, so they saw the suggestions and have no excuse for running amok like they did.

At the end of the day, the U.S. taxpayers are left holding the bag to the tune of a few hundred million dollars in wasted money via the failed computer system. That adds to the national deficit. Do you know how many jobs could have been created with that few hundred million dollars.

U.S. President Barack Obama is in more trouble, due to stimulus funds he issued that did not benefit America. It has been revealed, Obama gave a new company called Fisker $529,000,000 in taxpayer funds, via the failed stimulus, for the unit to build electric cars in Finland, rather than America. This resulted in U.S. taxpayer funds creating jobs abroad, rather than in America.

Add this to the billions more in stimulus funds that did not stimulate the U.S. economy, such as Obama personally giving solar company Solyndra $500,000,000 in U.S. taxpayer funds, only for the company to go bankrupt shortly after and it becomes evident the president is not good with money or astute at making wise financial investments. America needs a president that understands business and trade and how to generate jobs and revenues.
