George Zimmerman Has Finally Been Arrested And Charged With The Murder Of Trayvon Martin

During a press conference in Orlando, Florida today, State Attorney Angela Corey announced that self-appointed neighborhood watch captain, George Zimmerman, 28, has been charged in the death of Trayvon Martin, 17, in connection with the unarmed teen's murder on February 26. 2012. Initially Sanford, Florida officials stated there would be no charges or arrest, but due to immense public outcry, special prosecutor Corey was appointed and second degree murder charges have been filed.

The Judiciary Report hoped for first degree murder charges, as stated yesterday, but at least Zimmerman has been charged. It's a beginning. He is now in custody in the State of Florida, one day after his lawyers quit, reporting at their own press conference he is mentally unwell and fled the state. His pattern of irrational and unlawful behavior over the past several years shows it.

After having dealt with criminally insane stalkers in Miami, Florida, who are apart of a deranged religious cult, one is able to detect the signs associated with such sick and unlawful behavior. The Judiciary Report retains its view that Martin is a victim of crime that was minding his own business, but was stalked, attacked and murdered by a man with mental issues and a chip on his shoulder regarding black people he routinely racially profiled, as revealed by many 911 tapes.

One is not suspicious for being black (or any color) or wearing a hoodie. America is known as a free country. Martin was allowed to wear whatever he wanted and walk wherever he felt like in the communal areas of his neighbor. For a person to be labeled suspicious for lawfully enjoying his freedoms and killed for it is a great injustice that must be properly addressed in a court of law. Singer/actress and former Miss America, Vanessa Williams, released an excerpt from forthcoming book "You Have No Idea" and she isn't lying about that title and the content. The book has the makings of a shocker. The released excerpt recounts the sad time in her life at age 10, when she was molested during a sleepover by an 18-year-old friend of the family named Susan. It's sad to know something like that happened to her or anyone.

Williams stated of the molestation, "Family friends who had a daughter invited me to visit their friends in California with them. The family we stayed with had two kids. Susan, who was 18, smoked, drove a car, and was the epitome of cool. (My friend) Nancy and I slept in the den. One night Susan crept in. She told me to lie down on the rug. I was confused. Are we going to play a game? As I tried to make sense of it, Susan pulled down the bloomers of my cotton baby-doll pajamas." Williams states in the book, "'What are you doing?' I asked." The sexual predator replied, "Don’t worry – it’ll feel good. Don't tell anyone."

It appears, like many victims of molestation, Williams repressed the painful memory of the sexual abuse, until an event later in life brought the trauma to the forefront of her mind. Williams wrote, "I didn’t really understand until college. I was with my boyfriend and it hit me and I blurted out: 'Oh my god -- I was molested.'"

Williams also writes of an abortion she had at age 17, during her senior year in high school. She went on to win the Miss America pageant, but relinquished her crown when a photographer sold nude lesbian photos of her to a sleazy magazine. Shortly after she became a singer and actress.

Killer Of 17-Year-Old Trayvon Martin Stalked Another As Well

28-year-old murderer, George Zimmerman, hunted down 17-year-old underage minor, Trayvon Martin, treating the victim of his crimes as prey, for an imagined offense that simply never occurred. Unarmed Martin was well within his legal rights walking in his family's neighborhood, carrying candy and ice tea home to watch the NBA all star games. Zimmerman began stalking Martin, who lost him at one point.

However, determined to punish a frightened minor for an imagined offense, racist Zimmerman illogically pursued Martin again, found him and murdered the innocent teen in a confrontation that never should have happened, as the self-appointed neighborhood watchman was acting outside the law from start to finish.

Zimmerman is a paranoid individual with a history of stalking. Previously, Zimmerman stalked and physically assaulted his ex-fiancée, accusing her of things he imagined, in an incident of domestic violence that prompted her to obtain a restraining order against him. When she moved on from the relationship, due to his behavior and began dating someone else, Zimmerman pried into the life of her new beau and began accusing him of all sorts of madness the couple stated was not true.

Here we have two clear cut incidents of stalking, by a man who is a violent bully with a hero complex. A pattern of criminal behavior exists, as Zimmerman stalked people in incidents that resulted in violence and or the death of the victims he unlawfully pursued. Zimmerman's conduct fits the profile of a stalker and the most dangerous kind. Psychologists define stalking as a form of mental illness.

George Zimmerman, the 28-year-old self-appointed neighborhood watch captain that stalked, then murdered 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, who was unarmed and defenseless, claims the teen attacked him first, bloodying his face and the back of his head, in addition to breaking his nose. Zimmerman claims this occurred after he stalked Martin, against 911 orders, with no legal authority to pursue the underage teen, who was minding his business in the Sanford, Florida community his family lives.

However, video released yesterday of Zimmerman at the Sanford, Florida police station showed no visible injuries, stitches or bandages of any kind on the killer, as he was led into the station in handcuffs. He moved around the room with no difficulty or assistance.

Zimmerman's story is further being challenged by funeral director Richard Kurtz, who received Martin's body. Yesterday, in an interview with attorney and television personality, Nancy Grace, the funeral director stated, "As far as his (Trayvon's) hands and knuckles, I didn't see any evidence he had been fighting anybody." If someone is alleged to have broken another person's nose via punches, would it not show on the accused person's hand(s).

Yet here it is, Zimmerman is incredulously claiming Martin threw punches breaking his nose and began bashing his head against the sidewalk. Zimmerman's questionable claims also contradict those of Martin's girlfriend, who was on the phone with him moments before he was murdered by the trigger happy vigilante, a cop wannabe that would not have qualified for the force, due to his violent history of arrests, which include attacking a police officer and assaulting his former fiancé.

Martin's girlfriend stated the teen told her a "creepy" man was following him and that he looked "crazy." Indeed. Zimmerman looks crazy in his previous mug shot, for one of three arrests that went nowhere, thanks to his judge dad, Robert Zimmerman. It appears Robert Zimmerman kept getting his trouble-seeking son out of trouble, leading the 28-year-old to believe he was untouchable in the eyes of the law.

Well, he's really done it this time. Had Zimmerman been forced to face the consequences of his previous crimes, rather than daddy repeatedly getting him out of trouble, maybe he would have thought twice before murdering a boy on a public street, after referring to him as a "fu*king coon" on 911 tapes.

If it is revealed Robert Zimmerman corruptly aided his son in thwarting arrest in this matter, as a police investigator wanted to arrest him, but district attorney mysteriously said no, both father and son should face jail time. Parents can't be responsible for their children's crimes, but if they facilitate and cover up their unlawful behavior, they are culpable as well under the law.

The parents of 17-year-old murder victim, Trayvon Martin, did an interview with CNN tonight, regarding newly released footage from the Sanford, Florida police station, who detained their son's killer, 28-year-old George Zimmerman, then let him go.

Original nonsensical reports stated Zimmerman shot Martin in "self-defense" after he stalked the teen, who he claims then attacked him. Zimmerman stated Martin punched him in the face and kept slamming his head against the concrete, leading to his face and the back of his head being injured and bloodied. Zimmerman also stated Martin broke his nose.

However, the video that aired on CNN tonight reveals Zimmerman didn't have a scratch on him, no blood on his clothes and was walking just fine. He kept holding his head down in the video, but there are a few shots of him holding his head up. In response to this, Trayvon's father, Tracy Martin stated, "It's amazing that, if in fact he had a broken nose, how he continued to keep his head down...once you've had a broken nose, you'll know, your nose will continue to bleed and bleed and bleed until you get it fixed." Yet there was no blood or bleeding in the video.

Trayvon's mom Sybrina Fulton stated regarding the video, Zimmerman had, "No injuries. No blood on his shirt." The family's attorney stated the authorities have, "Conspired to cover up the death of Trayvon Martin." The entire case is a complete cover up and conspiracy.

Irrelevant Issues Continue To Cloud The Trayvon Martin Murder Case Setting A Terrible Precedent That Must Not Stand

Select newspaper and blog coverage of the murder of 17-year-old Miamian, Trayvon Martin, at the hands of lawbreaking, self-appointed neighborhood watch captain, George Zimmerman, 28, continues to stray into the irrelevant. Items such as Martin wearing a few gold teeth in a Twitter photo to Zimmerman being "a registered Democrat" have nothing to do with the facts of the case.

Any potential jury will need to focus on the law of the land in this matter, in the event the government does the right thing and brings charges against Zimmerman. Jurors asking and answering a few simple questions would bring the correct verdict:

1.) Is it lawful to stalk and confront a person? According to state and federal law the answer is no.

2.) Is it legal to stalk, confront, harass, beat, then kill a person? According to state and federal law the answer is no.

3.) Was Trayvon Martin trespassing on George Zimmerman's personal property? Based on released facts, the answer is no. Martin was on communal roads in his father's neighbor and as such had every right to be there.

4.) Is George Zimmerman responsible for Trayvon Martin's murder, as he disobeyed 911 and went after a minor that was not bothering him. The answer would be yes. Martin would be alive today had Zimmerman simply left the unarmed teen alone, rather than stalking and picking a fight with him, then pointing a gun at his chest and fatally pulling the trigger.

5.) Who was the dangerous one Martin or Zimmerman - an unarmed 17-year-old minor, with no criminal record, carrying a bag of Skittles candy and an Arizona Ice Tea drink (Martin) or a gun toting 28-year-old man with two prior, unrelated arrests for outright violence against a police officer (of all people) and separately the assault of his former fiancée in a domestic violence incident, which led to a restraining order against him (Zimmerman). The answer to that question would be Zimmerman was the dangerous one that fateful night, which is confirmed by the fact defenseless Martin is now dead.

Items mentioning Zimmerman being half white and half Hispanic and Martin being black only came into play, when the former was heard using the racial slur "f**ing coons" on the 911 tape. It is being referred to as motive. However, regardless of one's color, one should be able to get justice, especially when such a tragic act of violence occur.

People of all races also need to pay attention to this case, because you do not want the dangerous precedent set that anyone can stalk you, your children or other family members, confront and then kill them. If Zimmerman is not brought to justice, the corrupt legal precedent that such inappropriate and murderous behavior is lawful will stand and pose a threat to everyone.

The website Rolling Out has brought forth an interesting point regarding 28-year-old murderer, George Zimmerman, who killed unarmed, defenseless 17-year-old minor, Trayvon Martin in cold blood. Zimmerman's dad is retired Florida magistrate Judge Robert Zimmerman.

The younger Zimmerman has assaulted a cop, in another incident resisted arrest regarding a police officer, stalked and physically attacked his ex-fiancée and murdered young Trayvon, yet has not spent a day in jail or had his gun license revoked. It appears he has not been hindered by a publicly available criminal record, as each one of his messes has been conveniently closed.

Zimmerman also stands accused of bullying neighbors and trespassing, forcing his way into a lady's home, under the guise of being a neighborhood watch captain, leading to a complaint against him. Yet, after all these crimes, he remains free.

11:25 AM EDT 3/27/2012 - ... Did George Zimmerman have help from his father, a retired judge, in clearing his name in three separate arrests? According to a records search on George, he was previously arrested for domestic violence, resisting an officer without violence and most shockingly, resisting an officer with violence — a felony charge that surely could have landed him in prison.

All three of those arrests, however, were mysteriously closed with no semblance of charges for the Florida resident. So how was someone with a violent past including that of battery against an officer able to carry a 9 mm handgun? Some are trying to discredit 17-year-old murder victim Trayvon Martin, by stating he was suspended from school for two weeks, as a plastic bag in his school bag contained marijuana residue. But what does that have to do with him being murdered in cold blood by an unhinged, paranoid, angry racist, who was playing cop without a license or badge to do so. Furthermore, former President Bubba (Bill Clinton) and incumbent, President Barack Obama had smoked weed as well.

I do not encourage drug use, but tens of millions of people smoke weed, that does not mean they deserve to die for it, because they do not. Let's stick to the facts of the case and the law as it applies. Based on the facts we know, Trayvon Martin, was well within his right as a citizen on the night he was murdered by lawless George Zimmerman.

Martin had every right to go to the store, buy food and walk back home on a street in his family's neighborhood. George Zimmerman was acting outside the law and in a manner that resulted in the death of a defenseless minor. Zimmerman is not a cop. He had no right to stalk, then confront young Martin. 911 even told Zimmerman this information, warning him against such illegal action, but he disobeyed their orders, even though they represent the police and authority in this country. He can't say he did not know.

Personally speaking, if someone menacingly followed me around and I notice it as Martin did, I would be very upset. I would also be upset if that same individual approached me and had the gall to bark at me, "What are you doing here." My first thought would be, this person is not a cop, so who is he to ask me that. It is offensive.

If it were you, how would you feel if someone menacingly stalked you, as Zimmerman did to Martin, then had the nerve to approach you in your family's neighborhood on the street, angrily asking, "What are you doing here?" You'd be offended. If someone does that to you in Florida and 23 other U.S. states, you have the right to "Stand Your Ground" meaning kick their butt, as their conduct is aggressive, unlawful and possibly possesses a threat to your life and safety.

Parents of all colors and ethnicities reading this article, would you want an aggressive, anger-filled loose canon, who is walking around with a gun, stalking then approaching your underage child on the street barking at them "What are you doing here." Of course not.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what color you are, no one has the right to follow you around, then approach you with questions. It is illegal. It is called aggravated harassment and stalking. Some people need to learn to mind their own business and leave others alone.

Zimmerman deserves to be locked up for life and sued for every penny he has, for causing all this trouble, which led to an innocent young man dying. He is a racist person with a history of calling the police 49 times in one year, complaining about black children as young as age 7 and black adults, walking around in their neighborhood, which he crazily deemed and reported as "suspicious."

How are you supposed to get in and out of your house to go about your business, without walking on the street or sidewalk! The problem in this case is a self-appointed racist that views blacks as automatically guilty of some crime or misbehavior. Zimmerman also added race to this case via stating the words "fu*king coons" on the 911 tape, before he murdered Martin in cold blood. He has no excuse for his actions.

His history of stalking and attacking his ex-fiancée and in another incident, without provocation, attacking a REAL police officer that was doing his job, is proof that Zimmerman has serious anger issues that pose a threat to society. If this man was brazen enough to attack a cop, what was to stop him from stalking, bullying and attacking an unarmed 17-year-old kid under the cover of night.

The more information that is released on George Zimmerman, the individual that killed defenseless 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, for walking in his own family's neighborhood, the more it becomes clear that he is a paranoid racist, with a serious aversion to black people. Zimmerman equates being black with guilt and crime.

So much so, prior to murdering poor Martin, Zimmerman called 911 on April 22, 2011 to report a suspicious black 7-year-old, seeking police assistance. That says it all. He is deranged. The police department in Sanford, Florida should have arrested Zimmerman long ago, as his conduct was menacing, disturbing the peace and fraudulently usurping police resources, which is a serious crime the taxpayers footed the bill for.

There have been stories in the press of police and FBI in different parts of America, arresting people that called them too much. It is a crime to do such a thing, but Zimmerman mysteriously got away with it - 49 times in one year, complaining about black men and black children with no penalty. Something is very wrong with that. Filing a fraudulent police complaint is a crime. The Sanford police department bears liability in this fact.

Trayvon's Cries for Help Right Before Being killed (Enhanced)

As a victim of crimes that mostly occurred in Florida as well, including being stalked, I am familiar with the law and can identify Zimmerman's conduct as aggravated stalking. Plainly put, you cannot stalk an individual for any reason, then confront them. There is no provision in the law for that.

Martin was not trespassing on a public street, nor was he answerable to Zimmerman. The law says the person you stalk and confront has the right to kick your butt, not the other way around, as Zimmerman is trying to claim. Zimmerman had no business following then confronting Martin. That is aggravated stalking and murder. Martin's death is squarely Zimmerman's fault. He is a criminal.

Let's put it another way to make it crystal clear - a private citizen cannot stalk President Obama, who is black or Vice President, Joe Biden, who is white, for walking on a private or public street, then confront them demanding to know "what are you doing here?" then add violence to the mix. You can't go around harassing people like that, then engage in acts of deadly violence. Zimmerman was out of order and deserves life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Many Turn Out For Impressive Rallies In Honor Of Slain 17-Year-Old Minor Trayvon Martin

In an impressive show of support for murdered 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, thousands of people came out to a rally in Florida, as well as other states, to protest his unjust killing, by racist self-appointed neighborhood watch captain, George Zimmerman. The Reverend Al Sharpton organized the most recent rally in honor of the teen. The case has touched millions around the world, due to the great injustice that transpired, as unarmed Martin was stalked and summarily killed by Martin.

The killer, Zimmerman, has strangely gone missing, retreating into hiding in the face of heated global criticism over his deeds that robbed a promising young man of his life. The police need to arrest Zimmerman soon and perp walk him as well, to help quell public anger. He cannot remain free. There are many people online stating they are willing to go to prison for killing Zimmerman. He needs to be imprisoned.

If you listen to the 911 tape, regarding the murder of 17-year-old, Trayvon Martin, it has all the tell tale signs that race based murderer George Zimmerman stalked, confronted and fatally shot a scared young black teen that was running away from him and screamed for his life before being killed. Listen to the tape carefully as Zimmerman complains to the 911 dispatcher, who expressly warned him not to confront the boy, whining, "He ran." Does that sound like a young boy trying to start trouble? No it does not.

Zimmerman went after the unarmed, defenseless teen anyway, in the the community Martin's dad lives, seeking to start trouble. How can that be labeled self-defense. Zimmerman had made up his mind that he was going to attack Martin one way or another and did so, despite the 911 dispatcher telling him not to do so. He is the one that wanted trouble and now he's got it.

It is also important to note, as black people, we should not turn this infuriating incident into a race war. George Zimmerman only represents George Zimmerman and not any race in his ethnic background. If justice is not served by the Sanford authorities in this case, black people should not resort to violence, but utilize organized, peaceful marches and sweeping financial boycotts. The latter is the most effective, as marches bring embarrassment, but people and businesses hate losing money. I do not wish for Sanford, which has a detailed history of racism, to lose money, but if the government attorneys mess around, it will. The local government needs to ask itself, is Zimmerman worth the money it will hemorrhage, skidding into bankruptcy...

17-year-old Miamian, Trayvon Martin, was murdered in sister city, Orlando, Florida, while walking home to his dad's residence, after buying candy at a local store for his little brother. Martin's story has captivated the world, as the teen was gunned down by a trigger happy Neighborhood Watch captain, George Zimmerman, for allegedly "looking suspicious."

You've heard of "Driving While Black" which is being pulled over by some, not all police officers, for being a minority cruising in a luxury vehicle, with the assumption it has been stolen and one is up to no good. Well, Martin was killed for "Walking While Black."

His murder is outrageous. There is no provision in the law that allows anyone to murder a person on the sidewalk because they look suspicious. Martin was well within his right to walk freely on the streets, without fear of attack or death. If people started killing people they thought looked suspicious, millions would die.

Let's be clear, Zimmerman's conduct is criminal and abhorrent and the Judiciary Report is flabbergasted he has remained free all this time after the shooting. He deserves life in prison. Justice must be served in memory of Martin and to send the crystal clear message, this must never happen again.

This child lost his life over what are infuriating, racist reasons. He didn't deserve that and if the government messes around and does not bring charges, there need to be peaceful, organized marches and boycotts, until they say when, as in they've had enough and will do the right thing in a court of law.

After Mariah Yeater told the world in paid interviews that he impregnated her during a seedy backstage encounter, a story he denies, is there any wonder he feels that way. But that is just the beginning of Bieber's problems.

Bieber's rant: "When I was coming up, trying to get to where I am now, people were so happy for me. They were rooting for me. Now that I'm on top, everyone wants to bring me down. Everyone's trying to tug at me and take my spot," he said. "A lot of people say they hate Justin Bieber who haven't even listened to my music. They just hate the idea of me."

Robbie Powell, the ex-boyfriend and suspected dad of Mariah Yeater's baby Tristyn, is stating she lied about 17-year-old teen singer, Justin Bieber, claiming he fathered her 4-month old in a seedy fling in a bathroom. Powell states Yeater was paid $50,000 for lying about the paternity of her baby, blaming it on Bieber, who maintains the two never met.

Yeater still has not revealed when she did her part for the paternity test she demanded Bieber take, by bringing her child in to be tested. If it is proven Bieber is not the father of Yeater's child, she will be subject to an extensive lawsuit, which could include, but would not be limited to, claims of defamation of character, slander, libel and malice. It is unlikely Yeater would prevail in court under said circumstances and any judgment would wipe out the $50,000 she was allegedly paid, based on Bieber's legal fees alone.

A new report by the National Center on Family Homelessness has revealed, 1,600,000 American kids are homeless and living on the streets. This marks a 33% increase over the past 3-years, during which the financial crisis hit America and wreaked havoc on many people's finances. The foreclosure crisis has certainly contributed to these figures as well.

These numbers are infuriating, as the government has wasted billions of dollars on wasteful projects that added nothing to the economy, while children in America go hungry and homeless. This needs to be corrected. In a country with as many resources as America, no child should be homeless or hungry.

It's time you guys spare your fans' feelings and set a better example for them. It's the least the two of you could do to say thank you for allowing me to live my dreams and become rich at it, not having to worry where my next meal is coming from. Do not take your fans for granted.
