One time actress and perpetual Hollywood train wreck, Lindsay Lohan, has again been accused of unlawful behavior, for the umpteenth time. The Judiciary Report has lost track of the number of times and crimes she has committed. This time the crazy Kabbalah member she stands accused of attacking a club-goer, Marisa Dugas, who filed a police report.

Party animal Lohan resented the fact Dugas sat down and began speaking to one of her friends. Revealing she is a non-rehabilitated criminal, bully Lohan pushed and shoved Dugas. Who fled the club in tears. That was really mean. What is Lindsay Lohan's problem. Why can't she stay out of trouble and leave people alone.

Dugas' attorney, Mark Haushalter stated, "My client Marisa Dugas, has given the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department pictures of injuries that were inflicted by Lindsay Lohan. We are anxious to see the surveillance video which we feel will prove that Lindsay Lohan was at the nightclub and the evidence will speak for itself." Uh oh!

One day after the Judiciary Report published the article Lindsay Lohan Has Found The Secret To Aging - As In Accelerating It, the Hollywood disaster area known as Lindsay Lohan, ran out and committed another hit and run, landing an unsuspecting member of the public in the hospital. He seeks to press charges. I told you she hadn't changed. I wasn't trying to be dramatic or mean. Her so-called transformation is just an act. The Kabbalah crazy actress is still insane.

It's amazing to me how she has absolutely no regard for public safety and more than any other celebrity when it comes to the road. She clipped a baby stroller with a child in it, who was being walked by her nanny, leading the toddler to cry.

In another incident, Lohan stole a SUV, pulling one of the passengers out of the vehicle, then running over his foot, right before taking his friends on a crazy, cocaine-fueled car chase. Then there was the time she crashed into a tree, on a clear road, after running over some innocent shrubs just minding their business. She also clipped a paparazzo who was on foot. There is no target this chick won't miss.

Just when I thought she couldn't go any lower in her behavior, rude Rihanna defies all expectations. On March 3. 2012, at roughly 3AM, the Judiciary Report published the article "Jealous Rihanna Has Been Insulting Chris Brown's Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Calling Her A 'Dumb Bi**h.'" The article was in reference to a tip I received from a credible source, regarding Rihanna insulting one of the newer girlfriends of her boyfriend, fellow singer Chris Brown. The Judiciary Report was privately informed that Rihanna called Tran a "dumb bi*ch" out of sheer jealousy, as Brown is spending time and money on the model.

About 12 hours later, the International Business Tribune published an article titled "Is Rihanna Making Racist 'Rice Cakes' Jokes About Chris Brown Girlfriend Karrueche Tran?" because "'Rice cake' is a common epithet for those of Vietnamese descent." I had never read or heard that slur before and find the whole thing offensive and distasteful, as Rihanna is trying to be nasty and in a racist manner, which is not appropriate.

I knew she hated Tran based on what I was told, but that was taking it too far. There's no need to get racial, fighting over a man that thought so little of her and women in general that he beat her to a pulp and tried to choke her to death after she hit him. Brown could not love Rihanna and treat her in that manner.

The International Business Tribune article also states, "Chris Brown reportedly brought Karrueche Tran to Rihanna's Valentine's Day bash, but then made her wait in the car while he was inside. Why? 'In case he didn't get lucky with Rihanna.'" This also supports what the Judiciary Report stated previously that Brown has been taking Tran around and paying her way, giving her gifts he used to give Rihanna.

TMZ captured footage of 24-year-old Christal Spann telling police that Chris Brown snatched her $500 iPhone, because she lawfully took a photo of him on the sidewalk, after the womanbeating singer left the Cameo night club on Miami Beach, with rapper Tyga.

Spann's two friends back up her story, as they witnessed the incident as well. For a working class person to lose a $500 phone is a big deal and upsetting. For some an iPhone is a week's wages. If this story is true, he should be financially and legally charged, compelled by a court of law to pay fines and restitution.

I have seen copyright infringing Chris Brown's bizarre behavior with my own eyes on two separate occasions, when the boy stalked me and it distressed me (Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood and Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood Again). What was he trying to prove. He is a convicted felon and violated his probation in doing so.

I was angry that he had the nerve to do that and twice and right before my birthday celebration, as stalking is defined as mental illness. So is kleptomania. This dude steals songs and iPhones. He behaves like a spoiled star, who does not like hearing the word no or getting his own way and does whatever he pleases as a result, no matter the damage to others.

He is very good at distressing women as well, which is misogynistic. He has a problem and its time people stop making excuses for him, defending his socially schizophrenic and inappropriate behavior, which is the end result of joining Kabbalah and working with Madonna, before he ends up spontaneously lashing out and killing somebody for rejecting or telling him something he does not want to hear.

He is a womanbeater, stalker and thief. It's time he faces that and changes his ways. You cannot say you have changed and go around exhibiting such strange and upsetting behavior towards women, especially those you don't even know. There's a problem there.

Sony Music womanbeater Chris Brown is in trouble with the law again. Fresh off criticism he and girlfriend Rihanna are facing, he went and got himself into more problems (Rihanna And Chris Brown Are Publicly Back Together). Brown is accused of snatching a $500 iPhone from a woman in Miami Beach, who snapped a photo of him and rapper Tyga from the sidewalk. As Tyga and Brown drove off, he allegedly grabbed the woman's phone, telling her, "Bit*h, you ain't going to put that on no website."

The woman filed a report with the police, as she wants her phone back. If this story is true, Brown is crazier than I thought. Under the law, one can snap a picture of someone in public. As long as the photo is not something inappropriate, such as an up-skirt, it is lawful.

This month, Brown was also seen angrily chasing seagulls on Miami Beach. Dude, why? What did the birds do to you.

Previously, the Judiciary Report twice shared stories of Brown and his madness in Miami (Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood and Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood Again).

On the first occasion, as I was leaving a Bank of America branch five minutes from my home, in a quiet area not frequented by celebrities Brown, his bodyguard and two men in the backseat, drove up in a black Escalade staring at me. I glared at Brown, which caused him to quickly look away and his bodyguard laugh. I was going to meet my mom, cousin and a friend for my birthday dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.

The second time it occurred was months later. I was at the local gas station in my neighborhood, five minutes away from my home and and Brown did the same mess again, but he was by himself in the same black Escalade again, staring at me, only a few feet away. I don't go out much, as I spend most of my time writing copyrights and patents, yet, here we have it, he was able to catch me twice shortly after I left the house. He is in Kabbalah and Madonna put him up to it.

Just like this past December, the brown hair guy from LMFAO walked towards me, in one of my mom's favorite stores JC Penney, as I accompanied her shopping (yes, I'm her official purse and bag carrier). I really didn't notice him, until a little girl and her mom said to me, "That's the guy from LMFAO!" Meanwhile, I started thinking, "Dude, seriously, JC Penney! I thought you were rich" (JC Penney does have nice stuff, though, but its items are moderately priced).

He was with a guy that looked like a bodyguard. Imagine my surprise when several weeks later, he appeared at the Super Bowl as Madonna's DJ. She put him up to approaching me as well, apart of her dumb Kabbalah shenanigans. The audiences and charts have no love for Madonna's new single "Give Me All Your Luvin" as it has flopped and fallen out of the top 40 overnight. Journalists have branded the terrible track a flop and among the worst of her career. It's just desserts for a chronic thief without an original thought in her vacant head.

She has been sued for stealing the melodies and the beat to "Give Me All Your Luvin" and chunks of the lyrics were stolen from my preexisting copyrights, as mentioned previously (Madonna's Planned Super Bowl Publicity Stunt Costs Rapper MIA Her Relationship With The Father Of Her Child). The Super Bowl performance of the song was a rip off of a years old copyrighted promotional video campaign from my catalog as well.

Originally it was announced her performance would be a Cirque du Soleil style show, but after people began publicly slamming booing the idea of her doing the half time show, she ripped off my copyrighted video treatment for the performance.

My lyrics were not supposed to be sung like that, but then again, Madonna can't sing. She also butchered the song with a couple crazy lines she added. Previously, singer/songwriter Jem complained Madonna stole her song, added two lines and took credit for the entire thing (when the song had roughly 30 lines). What a loser. Needless to say, her comeback is dead. When you can't have a hit after Super Bowl exposure to over 100,000,000 people, you truly suck!

During the performance, she dressed as an Egyptian – and genuinely looked like she’d been born around 3,000BC – but, sadly, the PR masterpiece hasn’t made a huge impact, as the single looks set to drop out of the Top 50 in the Official UK charts this Sunday after debuting at 37 last week...

Give Me All Your Luvin' was her first new track for three years - and a first release under a new three-album deal she signed with music giant Universal. It is the first time the lead track from one of her albums has not gone into the top ten since her debut single in 1982. And most new songs have made it into the top three. Tickets for Madonna's Hyde Park show this summer - part of an international tour - went on sale last Friday and have still to sell out.

The desperate, unoriginal Kabbalah cult member, who is under criminal investigation in three countries, is thoroughly deluded, describing it as, "Start saving your pennies now. People spend $300 on crazy things all the time, things like handbags. So work all year, scrape the money together, and come to my show. I’m worth it."

She has a point. When people think old leathery handbag, they think Madonna. Have you ever seen such a greedy, evil person. She's exploiting and ripping off starving Africans in Malawi, but that's not enough. She now wants to scrape every penny from struggling people in America, who have been devastated by the financial crisis, as the money she illegally made from stealing so many copyrights from so many people is not enough to satisfy her devilish greed. Mark my words, she and her fellow thieves in that sick cult are going to lose it all.

"Atlas Shrugged" is the odd film about eccentric wealthy people joining a cryptic group that promises them they will be able to flee society and live according to their full potential, lead by someone named "John Galt." The name is invoked so many times in the film, in the question "Who is John Galt" that after a while it becomes plain annoying.

This is just the type of eccentric, strange film Hollywood loves about cryptic, cultish behavior that makes no sense to anyone with any sense...
