In the average Prime Ministership or Presidency, it is usually the head of state that gets into the most trouble, in the cases controversies have arisen. Ironically, in the Obama presidency, it is not so. President Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, has sparked more negative headlines than the actual head of state.

An astute head of state would have cut him loose by now, but President Obama has unwisely refused, reiterating his support for the law breaking Attorney General. Holder also continues to stubbornly hold on in the face of catastrophic disgrace, in scandals where his criminal misconduct caused the deaths of innocent people in three countries, including America. This is a vote for failure.
